Patient for more than 20 years. Traveling out of California for 3 months. Lost glasses. Needed to drive. Contacted office. Only solution offered was to come into the office and must pay in person, not online or over the phone. Sorry, we can’t help. Really? Sorry, I will find a new optometrist.
