Abuse of power and condescending to people with mental health diagnoses. She refused to sign a medical release for a half-marathon until I had my shoulder looked at by a specialist because of minor inflammation. She also required gynecology and a mammogram (under 40). I had to take time off work just get a medical form signed. The only notes on my discharge paper were about my mental health diagnosis after she asked me details about my childhood. I tried to switch to a new provider. So thankful she left her former employer.
