I had a simple case of “tennis elbow” brought on by overwork of my dominant arm that did not resolve for several months. I went to my PCP for advice on self-treatment via massage, stretching and use modification. She gave me a referral to physical therapy. I only intended one visit and let the PT, Ted, know that at the outset. He asked why my PCP did not deal with it and made me feel I was wasting his time. After a 30-minute appointment, I left with the advice I needed to self-treat. When billed, it was for 80 minutes and a “complex” evaluation (per APTA billing code)! After multiple phone messages to get my visit report, I had to physically go to the office to request a copy. The visit documentation was inaccurate as to the severity of the issue, treatment I received and future treatment I never agreed to. Even the referring physician was incorrect! I left multiple messages over several weeks at the local office (no one ever answered the phone) asking to discuss corrections.

Ted is the BEST! If you need a good therapist, he is your guy. Couldn't have asked for better care.

Ted is a fantastic PT. He is very knowledgable and was instrumental in fixing my neck nerve issue. I would highly recommend him.
