I found Ted to be highly intelligent and very caring, although he's not all warm and fuzzy. He always follows up about situations that were causing anxiety or depression in 2 or 3 of the follow-up appointments. He has advanced education in both adult care and psychiatric care, making him especially skilled to know both the medical and mental health medications of any client. He is exceptionally gifted with prescribing medications and preventing unneeded inpatient admissions.

This man either is completely inept at his profession or completely indifferent to the needs and care of his patients. He disregards the suffering of those who are supposed to be in his care, he prescribes treatments without check for interactions that could be hazardous to the health of the individual he is prescribing. He is either a complete idiot or utterly negligent!
