I saw Theresa at SW PA Gastro Associates for some heartburn flare-ups I was having, alongside some other symptoms that I wanted to get checked out. She rec'd that I get an upper endoscopy and go from there. Theresa took the time to speak with me on the phone, after business hours, for 30 minutes about my endo results. She was so thorough, and kind. She was patient with me when I asked follow up questions because I didn't understand something...she also never once made me feel like I was a bad person, or unhealthy--even though some of my habits aren't great. I really appreciate the way she didn't weight-shame me, and she normalized everything I have been feeling and going through. Theresa helped calm my anxiety, and made me feel like I am in control of my health outcomes. I really appreciated her way of interacting with me and would highly recommend her to any friends and family.

Ms. Meldon was wonderful. She was very thorough at my appt and took the time I needed to understand everything. She is very knowledgeable and offered several suggestions and samples for me to try. I can't say enough good things about my visit with Ms. Meldon.
