Dr Menditto was a tremendous help to me. She is so nice and had the perfect strategy for my condition. Being able to utilize telemedicine for some virtual visits was a real lifesaver for me with my work schedule as well. Thank you so much!

Theresa has really helped me so much, I came to physical therapy with a bulging disc in my neck causing immense pain. She made me feel heard in what I was feeling and experiencing, took time to look at my MRI and fully explain what we were going to do, what those exercise's were doing to help, and what our goals were with physical therapy. Through following her direction I have recovered beyond what I believe was possible. She made physical therapy such a pleasant experience with her optimistic and happy personality, creating a very comfortable environment. She eased my worries related to my injury and helped increase my confidence in my recovery. I perform what she has taught me daily and it’s absolutely changed my life in comparison to where I was in the midst of my injury. Truly could not recommend Theresa enough!

If you're hoping for physical therapy that turns mild discomfort into a full-blown catastrophe, Menditto is your go-to. I walked in with a tight hamstring and left feeling like a piece of abstract art. After her so-called 'stretching routine,' I’m convinced I now have one shoulder higher than the other, a permanently crossed leg, and possibly a new hobby of wincing. Her advice? 'Just breathe through it.' Well, now I’m breathing through what appears to be a whole new set of problems. Highly recommend—if you're looking for a career in circus contortion!

Theresa Menditto is an exceptional Physical Therapist, having provided me a quality PT program, both onsite & a mindset for exercising at home. Theresa was professional in her knowledge of varied techniques for my individual needs to improve healing after spine surgery. She was encouraging & patient to keep me on course, even thru my only slight success spans at times. The sessions were always relaxed with the easy going personality of Theresa & her staff, yet her focus kept me dedicated to strengthen my confidence in stretching my own physical ability where healing could continue, even now after my release from those direct sessions with Theresa. For this experience, I am grateful.

She is great at working to accurately diagnose the issues and brainstorming multiple approaches to alleviate them. Very persistent, hard worker, and will help push you to success. Would highly recommend. You will improve with her, the only question is how much and how quickly!

From the first to the final therapy session through the final session I learned so much. Theresa and the others were careful to make certain that every move I made while exercising was done properly. At first the exercise sessions were difficult and doing them again and again at home was tough and tiring. But, after a few sessions the exercises got easier and Theresa would add more reps and new exercises. Finally I learned that every move I made needed to be somewhat different (that what I used accustomed) and use the movements that I was instructed during the sessions. Finally I begin to understand that if I wake up with a slight pain or resistance that I could do some floor exercises and relieve the stress or pain. Yes!! I was instructed to report any severe pain of which, so far, have not occurred. But I have learned so do the exercises and keep retraining myself how to tie my shoes, pick up something from the floor, how to roll over and get out of bed and more. Theresa is great

At first I was a little reluctant to have my 1st Physical Therapy appointment via a Tele-med, but after having the tele-med appointment with Dr. Menditto I was extremely pleased the way she was able to diagnose my problem and show me the proper exercises. My hip had hurt for a couple of months and she showed me one exercise that helped me more than anything else I had tried on my own. I live 1 hr and 20 min away from the facility in Southlake and I am convinced the Tele-med appointment worked perfectly for me.

Teresa is an outstanding professional in her field. She listens carefully & makes therapies based on your need. She recognizes your limitations & adjusts the exercise program accordingly. She has helped both my husband & I, teaching us the importance of exercise as well as how to live with & prevent further complications.

Dr Menditto is a true professional in her field. After a spinal surgery I literally almost had to learn to walk again. I had my doubts and although I may not be able to return to work again (I’ll soon be 65 anyhow), I am able to get around much better than I imagined. Thanks to her and her staff. I highly recommend them.

Spent 6 months with Dr. Menditto after diagnosis from Dr. David Rothbart and Dr. Neil Patel. Her rehabilitation program has allowed me to not only be virtually pain free, but I now have a plan to address issues if and when they occur. Dr. Menditto adapted my treatment as my needs changed. She listened well and communicated extremely well so I understood what my role was and what hers was. I am very pleased with the results and my ability to return to a near normal life being able to continue to do the things I enjoy. I had lower back pain for over 10 years and just tolerated it. I went to Spine Team expecting to have to have surgery as the pain was becoming more intense. Dr Menditto in physical therapy taught me different exercise to strengthen lower stomach and back muscles. She also showed me how to realign disc’s in my back to eliminate lower back pain. After two months, I am virtually pain free and surgery is not required. Thank you very much, Dr. Menditto.

Following lumbar spinal fusion Dr. Menditto was very thorough in teaching me what kind of recovery to expect in the next months and how I was going to learn new ways of performing tasks. She explained the process, was always professional, gave hints on how to do things easier, encouraged importance of building core strength and improving balance skills, listened to my inquiries and was conscientious as to my pain level every therapy session. Dr, Menditto was very professional and friendly, I looked forward to my visits with her and had confidence in her care and concern for my successful recovery.
