Awful
As another reviewer stated this NP is extremely unprofessional and argumentative, not actually interested in helping or prescribing the correct medication. She shared some of my medical record with other staff members not involved in patient care. I actually wanted to report her and the office she worked at Northeast Health Services but I just thought it wouldn't be worth it because the whole industry sides against patients.

She’s rude
She kept talking over me and was extremely unprofessional. I saw her via telehealth and she was 35 mins late. She was terrible!

She was very helpful, down to earth. She explained what was going on with me. When cape cod hospital just wanted to hand me drugs instead of finding out what the cause of pain was from. She took out time for me and I will 100% refer Nurse Russo to everyone. I wish there were more nurses and doctors like her. We need more people in the medical field that care and are concerned.
