Does He Care ??
Like Dave C. I also spent 5 years of my life in P.R.N. Actually 7 since i had a relapse.Given a choice go to 30 day inpatient followed by 5 year 'contract' or lose my professional license. Nice choice. Never given the viable option of I.O.P. ( intensive outpatient program) which would have allowed me to continue working.They had me between a rock and a hard place and boy did they squeeze.Anyway I also had a less than stellar experience with Tom Antonek,Sure he used all the right buzz words however after my 'graduation' from P.R.N. I made a few attempts to keep in touch with Tom.I thought that as a caring mental health professional he would give as damn.Anyway, on my last attempt I spoke with him briefly on the phone he said his grandkids had his dance card for the weekend. I guess that meant that he was occupied with the grandkids.I was promised a follow up call to possibly get together. Never happened. So much for caring.I have to wonder if in this cottage indus
