His first words to me were that he read the notes from my primary (who referred me to him) and that he didn't believe my account of what happened. He also accused me of lying in order to obtain a prescription. Additionally, he mis-read the x-rays. When I went to the ER four days later still in severe pain, they told me the x-rays showed my elbow was broken, immediately sent down an orthopedic surgeon and should have been taken care of sooner.
