Tom is open minded, non-judgmental, and really helps parties gain a clear understanding of multiple perspectives. I saw Tom with my significant other and we are so very grateful for the clarity he has shown us and the tools that we now have. Tom is an older man and we are a millennial couple. Initially, I prejudged and assumed he wouldn't understand us or our problems. I was so wrong! He's funny, sends text reminders, and is sharp! Highly recommended.
