Thomas Kelleher, LMFT

Mr Kelleher was a therapist for me when I was 17 and a senior in high school. I had lost my grandmother whom I was very close with and felt immense grief and pulled back from studies and friends. I was referred to him by my school counselor and was apprehensive at first but after my first visit and subsequent visits, I felt so relieved and understood and truly appreciated the clarity in my grief and how Mr. Kelleher made it a human experience and related to my grief. He was the first therapist I ever had and after 25 years later, still the BEST therapist I have ever sat with and talked with and wish I could continue to see him now. Mr. Kelleher's approach was gentle, compassionate, understanding and kind. All these years later, I still think of how much my school therapy sessions helped me to graduate, push through my grief and continue on to college where I did really well and stayed the course. Mr. Kelleher certainly helped me to launch into adulthood with a calmer heart.
