I was sent to Dr Kocienda by Social Security disability, I was quite nervous and did not know what to expect. He made me more comfortable and brought out something that happened to me long ago. I was thinking of becoming a patient for ongoing visits for my anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Changed my mind once the report came back from Social Security. When one is on meds to help control symptoms I do not understand how they can judge fully. Should of not taken them
