I have been a patient at 1960 Eye Surgeons for more than 20 years. Dr. Markus is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, who attentively listens to his patients. He meticulously documents the symptoms and his findings, and explains in detail his diagnosis and treatment plan. I whole-heartedly recommend both Dr. Markus, and the entire team of specialists and surgeons at 1960 Eye Surgeons. They take their time to accurately test, diagnose and treat EACH patient – because THEY CARE!

Once my eye problems were correctly diagnosed and initially treated by Dr. Joel Cohen, I mostly saw Dr. Markus. He listened to me, considered not only what he felt was best for me but what I felt worked well and what didn't.

Dr. Markus is an Excellent physician.... very kind. He is consistent, I totally trust him!. Dr. Markus takes his time examining his patients, he never appears to be in a rush.He desires to give you a right diagnosis. He is an excellent listener. Dr. Markus believes that what he does matter and he treats his patients with respect and dignity. He says This is what I do.
