I just completed 6 weeks of therapy with S.T.A.R.S Physical and Occupational Therapy and feel so much better now than I did six weeks ago. They have very good therapist and a great office staff. I credit my success to Thomas Olesko, PT. DPT. for being such a good professional therapist. I always felt better going out of S.T.A.R.S. than I did going in. My back was so knotted up and hard as a rock. Thomas knew how to go in and break it up and get things to moving again. He was actually able to manipulate parts of my spine that my chiropractors had not been able to manipulate in years. This was a big help. He is very informative of the importance of doing the stretch exercises he recommends that help stabilize your back. He does not rush you, he makes sure you understand what he is telling you so you do it right. S.T.A.R.S. is a great place in St. Augustine to go for physical rehabilitation and Thomas would be the best therapist to work with you. Thank you Thomas, you did a great job.
