Dr Harper is truly an exceptional person and a highly skilled psychologist. I admire his patience, his attentiveness, his knowledge but above all, I admire his heart! He cares very much about his patients and he's personally invested in the recovery of his patients. I speak from experience as I have the privilege of being one of his patients! I feel fortunate and very happy because he has empowered me to improve? Thank you Dr Harper!

Dr. Harper is such a caring person! He has alot of patience and listens so well. He seems to be truly interested in your problems and coming up with a solution. I truly love this man as a great friend.
