There are chiropractors and then there are chiropractors. It's usually a crap shoot when choosing a doctor. I had severe lower back pain and found Dr Tom Rupolo on Health grades. Based upon the number of positive reviews I decided to go for it. Well, I hit the jackpot. Dr Rupolo is not only professional and experienced, he also listens to his patients. After a reasonable number of visits, I walked out with NO pain. To say it was a minor miracle is an understatement. I will not hesitate to return when I need a 'tune up.'

Dr. Tom Rupolo was very caring, friendly, and helpful. He got me better and sent me on my way. He also treated my brother in an emergency while visiting from out of town. His wife Wendy is an outstanding doctor as well. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. There are very flexible hours available as well.

Dr. Tom Rupolo does tremendous work in resolving pain issues. In fact, I call him the ' pain reliever.' He listens carefully to the pain issues impacting the patient and crafts a strategy plan to resolve them. Dr .Wende Rupolo and the rest of the staff are also outstanding. I rate Dr. Rupolo very highly and believe he is one of the best Chiropractors in the area.

Dr. Thomas, and Dr. Wende Rupolo are some of the best Chiropractors in Palm Beach County. I have been going to them for several years, and anytime I have a flare up or any back pain they are the first ones I call. It only takes a couple of sessions before I feel like new again. The level of expertise, and professionalism is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. The front office staff always greats you with a smile and provides great customer service. I highly recommend the Lake Clarke Chiropractor Group if you find yourself needing top notch healthcare, where the doctors really care about your health, and wellbeing. Ten out of ten stars!!!

I can't say enough good things about dr tom. He is the absolute best. I am feeling better than I have in years. My neck is so much improved and I no longer live in constant pain. The office environment is one of comfort, caring, friendliness and efficiency. I am thankful to have found them. I highly recommend. Wendy is awesome too!!

I highly recommend Dr Thomas Rupolo and his staff for chiropractic care. I have suffered for 30 years with lower back pain that was 24 hours a day. I now live a pain free life! I went on a golf trip and played 4 days in a row which is something I never would have been able to do in the past.I have been to many chiropractors through the years and there is no comparison. I've been seeing Dr. Rupolo for about 2 years for lower back issues. In fall of 2023, I started having chronic headaches. My internist referred me to a neurologist, who diagnosed cluster headaches or possible relation to long term Covid. We tried several medications, including antidepressants, to no avail. About six months in, I mentioned the headaches to Dr. Rupolo. After examining me, he made a preliminary diagnosis of occipital neuralgia. He recommended treatment 2-3 times a week for about 5 weeks. Guess what, the headaches are gone. Dr. Tom really saved me from the debilitating pain I was experiencing.

Dr. Rupolo was recommended to my husband by his neurologist (he was seeing him for a different problem), who Dr. Rupolo has also helped. We stopped on our way home and made an appointment. Dr. Rupolo is extremely thorough going over EVERY aspect of your health-medications, your physical abilities, areas of pain and discomfort and expected outcomes. The staff are professional and friendly as well. There has been definite improvement with my husbands back pain and we would highly recommend Dr. Tom Rupolo.

For many years I have received treatment for herniated discs pain by other chiropractors without success. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Thomas Rupolo now for about 3-4 months, and can honestly say he is truly concerned about your health, not just about making adjustments to your back and neck. He takes the time to speak to you, to review your history in order to pinpoint what the actual cause of your pain and discomfort is. He than proceeds to develop a treatment plan for your needs; his concern for you as his patient is genuine. The office staff are the nicest people I have ever met. They are always very accommodating, very sweet and the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend this chiropractic office, especially Dr. Thomas Rupolo. His chiropractic skills DO NOT disappoint.

Dr Rupolo goes above and beyond making sure you are cared for throughout the entire appointment. His staff are super friendly, helpful and great listeners. Dr Rupolo is 100% going to make sure you are comfortable, and wants to know how you feel and what is going on in your life acting as stressors which can complicate your health and contribute to pain. I know I am in capable hands with Dr Rupolo.

Such a pleasant office staff! Dr. Dennis was very attentive and fitted me for custom orthotics, which are of great quality. He even went out of his way to contact the company several times to get the orthotics for me before I had to leave on vacation. Dr. Rupolo has been a Godsend! He has treated my neck and back; and always has taken extra time to explain what he is doing and make recommendations for further care. He is such a kind man! Everyone in the office shows such great care for the patients. I give them my highest recommendation.

Thank thousand times thank you!! I have been experiencing severe pain in the neck, head, face, etc. for more than 10 years. I went to many medical specialists, of all kinds...they never gave me a clear diagnosis..however they always gave me antidepressants,these doctors filled me with many pills that were not necessary..they wanted to operate several times (without being sure what I had and without telling me that I was at risk of being paralyzed by this type of operation) luckily I avoided these surgeries... I have been seen by several doctors in three different countries and when I no longer wanted to try anymore... I found Dr. Thomas Rupolo... Without surgery, or medication, in three weeks I feel much better... I'm sure I'll be fine! It's amazing how in just 3 weeks I feel a lot better... Thank you for giving me back my life... Dr Tom is a very good chiropractor. He was able to help with all my ouchies and ergonomic mistakes. If you’re injured or need relief Dr. Tom and his staff will definitely take care of you. Dr. Tom and Wende Rupolo are the best! Very professional and knowledgeable with an excellent "bedside manner". You will feel totally comfortable from your first visit! I have been going for shoulder pain and after about 4 treatments I was feeling so much better!! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!!
