I had a problem with a replacement rigid gas permeable contacts lens that I had gotten from my previous ophthalmologist. Dr. Smith was able to correct the problem and I was very appreciative. I have since switched my business to Dr. Smith.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for several years. I had a complaint about his staff member and also his service. Since the complaint, their attitude towards me is pompous. I realize everyone has a bad day, but to change the attitude towards the patient is telling. And if one pays for a service, they should receive it without repercussions.
