Thomas Townsend (PA-C) saw me last week at Urgent Care and quickly understood my condition and quickly took care of the matter at hand. He showed empathy and was personable, while a short interaction all needs were addressed. The five stars is not for Kasier Permanente, which provides a horrible client/patient experience. The facilities are well worn and neglected; as are most of the staff with Thomas being a notable exception. I hope KP (Kasier Permanente) is able to retain him.
