Comfortable, Knowledgeable and Easy
Although Surfside no longer has a doctor on hand, the Nurse Practitioner, Tia Bowden, is excellent. Not a long wait, she made you feel comfortable and at ease right away and listened intently and then responded.

LOVE her!!!!!!!!
It has been forever since Ive had a doctor I really Loved! 'Dr Tia' is a nurse practitioner so she does Everything a doctor does. I am ecstatic. seriously. She took her time with me. Really Listened to my concerns. She Educated me in a way that didnt shame me and Also I learned a LOT. Meaningful information for my daily health! (I liked Dr Christakis who was there b4 Tia, but as much as I loved him, for me Tia being a woman understood me more as a woman I think). I walked out of my appointment feeling empowered. And am already taking her advice on a new course of meaningful change in my life. I am SO grateful that I found her. Plus I actually am saving money (I am a cash pay) becuz she can prescribe meds that I had to get from another doc (that I did not like and basically ran me thru in 5 minutes every 3 months to renew my meds and didnt really care about me just the $150 she got every three months! So I am saving money. I think she may be my favorite dr in my entire life.
