Poor Judgement
Poor Judgement for conditions that do not require immediate attention. I was apologized by cardiologist for Tiffanyโ€™s mistakes at Munster immediate care. She even offered 911 for transportation. Shouldโ€™ve never been sent to ER for a condition that can be treated in office.
