Absolutely no bedside manner. I came in with severe back pain directed by my primary care doctor. Hoping to get an MRI or some kind of scans done to figure out the source of the issue. She said they don’t do that unless if I was peeing or pooping myself or dragging my foot. (completely unprofessional) you could tell that I was uncomfortable sitting and that I was not feeling well at all I am in excruciating pain. She basically implied I was there for like pain medication or something which she prescribed me and then messed up my prescription and now the pharmacy won’t let me get it. not that it’s gonna help my back pain anyways. I can’t sit, stand, drive, lay down, I can’t do anything without agonizing pain shooting down my leg. She gave me an oxy and told me to go home. That there was nothing she could do for me. I thought all patients had rights to pain management. Absolutely ridiculous to treat people this way.

I came in to the ER with a scratched cornea after an accident. I was in pain and very annoyed and tired. Ms. Mock had a great attitude and excellent bedside manner. She made me feel at ease. She explained everything to me in detail and sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy.
