Repeatedly dismissed my compliant for years.
That complaint, difficulty breathing, turned out to be a very serious progressive lung disease called “bronchiectasis” with one area of atelectasis, finally discovered when I finally changed providers and my new nurse practitioner ordered a CT scan of chest. Tiffany had listened to my lungs many times and told me there was nothing wrong, implying either I was lying, or problem was all in my head. Also found her to have a terrible “bedside manner”, cold and dismissive. I’m so glad I finally found a wonderful competent NP after I left Tiffany.
