Short version - Tiffany potentially saved my life, quite literally. Long version - I moved to San Diego from NYC. In NYC, I was seeing a Dr that was prescribing a dangerously high daily dose of benzodiazepines. I didn't realize how addictive it was; stopping abruptly can cause seizures and brain damage, not to mention withdrawal symptoms on par with schedule a substances. I wanted to get off the medication, but as I was already on such a high dose, I couldn't find a psychiatrist willing to take me on, prescribing such a large amount - even with the end goal being cessation - is a huge liability. Tiffany was the only one who believed me, and didn't see it as substance seeking behavior. Fast forward a year later and we've not only made excellent progress on safely, slowly tapering off the meds, but she has been caring and attentive, creating a sustainable approach to mental and emotional well being. I feel better than I have in years.

After YEARS and countless psychiatrists, Tiffany is the person who finally found the medication combination that worked for me. She is AMAZING. she is patient and a wonderful listener and will answer all your questions and concerns. She has even called me after hours to follow up on concerns and has even helped refer me out for other issues. HIGHLY recommend.

Horrible. Without seeing my past records ( which I asked for a release form prior to my appointment) she comes up with a new diagnosis (after I’ve been fine on my current meds) and puts me on a new regimen of THREE meds all at once with a follow up in 3 weeks. I started having bad reactions and called her. Staff gave her the message but NO CALL BACK after 40 hours. This is after she assured me she would get back to me right away if I was having problems. I don’t even think she has been trained in psychiatry. Stay away!!!!
