I have been seeing Dr. Enniss for years. He is by far the best and most diversely knowledgeable LCSW I have ever been to. He's compassionate, understanding, and helps you with attainable goals. He can provide a variety of calming exercises to help with anxiety and challenge anxious thoughts. He is well-versed is EMDR and cognitive therapy. I honestly can't say enough good things about this man. He's helped me out of the darkest ditches of my life!
