Very unprofessional, very disappointing
Telehealth
This was a telehealth appointment. He did not introduce himself. We never saw his face, only the top of his head. When asked about lab results he just reeled off the values with no explanation. He didn’t take the time to understand the situation & obviously had not read the chart because he knew nothing about the patient. The patient uses a device for communication & he couldn’t be bothered to wait for her responses.I would not recommend him & will not see him again.

I saw mr Kendrick several years ago There was an time to wait in the waiting room about 1 hour. Then he seemed too rushed to listen to me. He really was unwilling to help me. So when I left the office I decided not to go back there. I would'nt recommend anyone go see him
