He claimed he never heard of patient rights when I inquired about them after he refused to answer questions I had about my health and treatment options. He was very judgmental in his tone, and he lacked the proper patience and decency of a person who should be helping other people. I had some concerns after experience constant migraines due to one side being permanently far-sighted due to the surgery. I disregarded my concern and at point yelled at me when I pressed him for advice.
