Tim is a good listener and cares about his patients. I have had many bad experiences of other providers not listening to me, and not respecting me as the expert of my own body, leaving health issues unresolved. I don’t worry about this with Tim. He takes the time to talk to me about my concerns, and doesn’t make a snap judgments. I am very satisfied with the health care I receive from him and wish all providers could be this good.

Don't get me wrong, super nice guy and easy to talk to. Unfortunately I've had allot of issues that I've had to follow up on personally when I was told that he would take care of it, or that someone from the office would call to schedule. Messages have been left with no call-back or response, one of which was a severe allergic reaction to medication prescribed and was left to deal with this issue on my own on a weekend. With a family at home and a high pressure job myself, this is not acceptable.

Tim was our first family practitioner on moving to Vermont. He is just a really nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy who makes you feel at ease. He has cheerful and laid-back manner, but is thorough in following up and leaving no stone unturned when it comes to your health.

As far as "bedside" manner, he seems to be pretty nice, but everything else was really a pretty poor experience. He told me initially that he had a solution to my problem and outlined his plan. He told me I didn't need to worry and that we would work together toward a solution. He said that he had sent prescriptions and I waited for an hour at the pharmacy. I then called and he informed me that the treatment plan he had discussed would not work. He essentially said he would not be able to help me after taking a huge weight off my shoulders. I planned work and other commitments around his plan. If he had taken the time to figure things out it wouldn't have been a problem. The fact that he completely changes his mind on a dime caused a ton of problems for me. He was extremely lacking in basic knowledge about my condition but was apparently trying to wing it with me as the Guinea pig.
