The one highlight: Front desk workers were very respectful and friendly. Too few resources for complex issues Unfortunately, UW Urology and the Pelvic Floor Clinic (which is just one tiny room in the Urology office) are not equipped to handle multifaceted or complex pelvic issues. There were multiple times I felt my symptoms were not clearly understood and that not enough time was spent on discovering the causes of my issues. This could be due to the fact that many university PT clinics are all about getting the patient out as soon as possible rather than digging to the root of a complex isssue. Very unprofessional treatment. I was chastised for seeing other providers because I felt there was more going on. These other providers (including neurologists) later confirmed there was more going on with diagnoses of joint dysfunction, sciatica, and spinal nerve impingement. If you want your health concerns heard, don't go here.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Takes the time and effort to understand each patient and modify treatment to their needs. I highly recommend her as an expert in pelvic floor PT.
