We could hear her in the hallway before entering the room having a loud 'conversation' with a staff member. We had to change from another doctor due to insurance issues. She came in and apologized for being late, but promptly launched into a complaint on how her day was a mess due to a previous patient. She was clearly agitated, and we struggled to communicate with her as she would not listen when we talked but would take one word or phrase and launch into a lecture on all the medical treatment my husband was supposedly refusing. Many of the things she said he had NEVER been told before, but she acted like this was an ongoing issue and she was just frustrated with us. We went there to get a referral to pain management. Then she wrote a long letter and attached it to his file, she stated repeatedly in the letter that he was angry and uncommunicative. I was there, he answered her questions politely and to the best of his knowledge, he was just uncomfortable with her.
