I asked the receptionist if they accepted my insurance and she said yes they did. At my first appointment after I gave them my insurance information I was told I had to pay $290 up front plus $34 fee because my insurance didn't cover the first visit for X-rays after I was told by them it did. Called my insurance asked them if they covered X-rays by chiropractor my insurance said they did. A representative from my insurance even called Kentucky pain institute told them they did cover X-rays and Kentucky pain institute told my insurance company they did not cover X-rays.
