For 2-3 weeks, I made several attempts to get an appointment for my son. I scheduled a phone consultation through the website twice. I never received a call. I received an email asking for my availability. I replied stating I was available anytime. Again, no one ever actually called. Shortly after giving up on Ms. Cook, my son had an incident at school that I believe could've been avoided had he been able to get the help I was seeking. Despite my bad experience, I suggested Ms. Cook to a friend. I thought maybe it just wasn't meant to be for my son. My friend scheduled an appointment. The Friday before his Monday appointment, he received an email saying he needed to fill out paperwork. So his appointment got pushed back 10 days. He just received another email stating his insurance has been verified so he can NOW make an appointment. My friend is extremely frustrated as this has been going on for 2-3 weeks. The process of getting a phone consultation/appointment is ridiculous.
