As a trained medical professional, I know exactly what I want in a provider. Firstly, I prefer ARNPs to an MD. Tobey is compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I would work for her in a heartbeat!

I'm sorry that this review has to be bad but this woman flat-out does not listen to what her patients try to tell her. I established an appointment with her because my care provider no longer worked in my area. I made an appointment thinking this experience just might be better than the last. Well it wasn't it was worse. In my opinion she needs to take more time listening to her patients and considering the things they have to say and not go off of her own understanding only.

The rudest and most unprofessional nurse I have ever met. I left the office crying as if I had done something wrong by going to the doctor. She told me to take Musinex for my symptoms, which may work, but I am concerned to take because of my pregnancy. So I asked her upon leaving, is this okay to take while pregnant. Her response?! Oh, you're pregnant? Well then I don't know. You should ask your midwife if that's okay to take Seriously? You don't know?!! How are you allowed to practice?

I could have lost my hearing thanks to her. I had a severe ear infection and all I needed was antibiotics but she refused and said just take Mucinex. Thankfully I got a second opinion the next day and the doctor couldn't believe how bad my ear was. Negligence and hatm to the patient stay away from her.
