Everywhere I called had waiting lists for months. I considered myself lucky when I stumbled into availability for Mr Kerr and scheduled an appointment. I received the link to the virtual visit at 6mins past the scheduled appointment time. I have a Chromebook and it sometimes doesn't play well with others so it took just a couple more extra minutes to get logged in, but I was online and ready for the appointment by 12 mins after. The virtual platform showed that he was online and advised he hadn't started the meeting yet, but would start it very shortly. I sat there and stared at that screen for approx. 40 minutes. I reached out via the platform chat advising that I'm still online. I expressed hope at having the appointment and asked if we could begin. Three minutes later, and without any interaction towards me, he exited. I called the office and advised them they transferred me to his voicemail. I left a message setting an expectation for his call back. I never heard from him.

I was very nervous about seeking a counselor. Todd always makes me feel comfortable. I have tried to seek counseling many times before and have always had bad luck. The ALLIANCE counseling center is very different from other places I've visited, they have a very friendly and down to earth staff. From experience, Todd is a wonderful person to be around and has always been welcoming and understanding. Truly a great experience!!'
