Dr. Lewis is kind and caring
At 67 I have visited optometrists my whole life. Dr. Lewis is my favorite. He & his staff are patient, skolled and knowledgable. . They don't rush testing, fitting, anything. Patient centered.

I paid for my contacts and glasses in February, 2020. My glasses were not ready 3 weeks later and my contact order was not completed. Dr. Lewis closed his doors the first week of March due to covid19 and still has not opened on 4/14/20. He turned his phones off so you can't leave a message and he is not responding to emails. I need contacts - I've been wearing trial lenses since February. I find this to be very unprofessional.

The last time I got glasses there it took 4 weeks to get them back, the year before it took 3 weeks. They tell you, you glasses should be ready in a week. that seems excessive to me.

The eye test that Todd gives are always good. There is a limited selection of men's frames, which many times they have to be cut down the temples to fit you...not good. The last two pair of glasses are laying in a drawer, they are junk I can not wear, both are new. I have been going there for years but not anymore.
