This summer, I called OFMC and made an appointment w/Todd Panzer based on a glowing recommendation. The appointment was for early Sept., more than a month away. A week before my appointment, I learned that Todd's father had died. I called OFMC out of consideration for him and offered to postpone my appointment. It was rescheduled for yet another month later. Two business days before my new appointment, OFMC called. I picked up, assuming it was the office calling to confirm. Nope. I was told that Todd is no longer taking new patients. I was stunned. I actually broke down into tears, as I've been waiting for three months for this, and I told her so. She offered to set me up with another person. I was too upset to even CONSIDER going to this practice, and I hung up rather than blubber in her ear. If he isn't taking any more new patients, that should be told to people who call AFTER he fulfills existing appointments, and certainly not two days before a scheduled appointment.

He truly cares about his patients. He listens to them. He is honest if he does not know something he tells you then he finds out or he finds someone who does.

I have never had a doctor like Todd Panzer. I would highly recommend him and have to many friends. He listens to everything you have to say and does not rush you. He will find out what is wrong with you and handle it. Todd is the best, I love his hugs at the end of my visit.
