Find another provider. The two other reviews match up with my experience. Real "customer" here. Saw him at "The Vision Center" in Redmond. He gave me about 6.5 minutes. Two stars for not being a complete failure. His attitude is mechanical. Not personable, not patient centered. I told him my vision through my current Rx for contacts was PERFECT!!!!! All I wanted was an Rx written for a different brand of lense because that is the only way this vision business will sell a different brand. He obliged but changed the Rx. I had to assert myself to get him to re-write the old one. This should not have been such a hassle.

One star san an F rating from me (would be zero stars if I could). He runs his practice like an assembly line and doesn't listen. He performed a speedy perfunctory exam and dismissed my questions and concerns. I have many drusen in one eye and he didn't even notice them. He didn't even dilate my eyes. Then he had the gall to charge me $120 for 5 minutes of his time. I won't be going back and I will be warning people away from him.

He rushes too much! I asked him to slow down and he slowed down by a second, he gave me 2 seconds instead of 1. In looking for glasses else where I heard it said that he wants you in and out in 10 minutes or less. I will find out when I get my glasses if it is the correct prescription or not I had to go back a second time to have him review his first exam. He did change the prescription on the second time. If I were to go again would it change again?
