Prescribed medical tests that were unnecessary considering my prior history. Failed to look at my previous medical records. Was unaware the cost out of pocket to me.

I did a review but ,I do not see it here!!!!!!!! Problem---- cigna dictates who you can see for your Dr. That is in the Cigna book NO----- referals person who we have named everywhere will not send referals ---- referals person has more say than your own Dr. Really!!!!!! Reported this to cigna Facebook, health grades, BBB, etc Senator McCain next! I wrote this complaint before but I do not see this on this site MLP
