Offered few solutions that didn't work
After 2 years of 'we'll check back in in 6 months' and no real solutions, I went to another dr who immediately diagnosed me and were working to reverse the damage caused my waiting for so long.

Lack of empathy, cold, and clinical. She could not remember things we had tried/ discussed in previous visits. Unwilling to discuss other courses of action when treatments were not working. Insisted problem was “stress related” even though in a previous visit she told me that stress doesn’t cause my problem. Severity of symptoms was met with dismissal. I did not feel heard or valued, even though I always remained composed and polite during our interactions. Truly disappointing
