I knew my hearing was deteriorating so I made an appointment for testing. I thought I could get cheap hearing aids through my Medicare insurance so I talked to Tracy about my intentions. She tactfully explained to me the reality of that idea, that I would probably be on my own without any training or support if I decided to go that way. After our initial test session, I researched further and found she was right, so I made another appointment and got my hearing aids there. She is a great teacher and coach and I couldn't have done it without her. My appointments with her are the only medical appointments that I don't dread.
