Tracy is direct, action oriented and highly interactive with clients. Tracy approaches care in very logical and collaborative fashion offering clients tools and resources to find creative solutions to their specific pain points.

biography

Originally trained as pastoral counselor by Loyola University of MD. 20 years experience in mental health field with over ten years in private practice. Currently focus of care is trauma informed via blending of DBT and EMDR. Practice is 100% online. Tracy specializes in working with victims of narcissistic abuse.
