Tracy Davis, LPC

I found Tracy on the live health app through my insurance. I had a previous therapist but they weren’t a good fit for the situation. I lost my father very tragically to suicide only a few days ago and really just wanted to talk to a professional to process and cope with the situation, especially since I no longer had my depression medication. I feel like I was losing the ground from under me. Rather than just listen, she pointed out I had previous therapist and asked why I was seeing her. It came across stand-offish. I explained they weren’t a good fit for the particular situation and explained what that was and why I needed to speak with someone as soon as possible. She let me know I have too many issues that she can’t deal with and that therapy wasn’t for coping with that which I have never heard a therapist say. It was extremely disheartening to be treated in a cold hearted manner and I do not recommend her at all after that experience.

Tracy is a very passionate person and that comes through in her work. She will work as hard as you and not harder...and that's ok. She is a faithful person and if that is important to you and your healing journey, she will incorporate your faith actively in session or quietly from within. Ms. Tracy also helps you laugh, even when you may have forgotten how to laugh or that laughing can help in healing.
