She was very professional and addressed all my concerns. She called back with all my lab results in a timely way. I disagree with previous reviews. Tracy was very competent. Culture results for infections take days to come back and initial urine tests for urinary infections don’t show antibiotic resistance but culture results do.

Tracy is a VERY good listener and really cares about her patient's. She doesn't rush you and follows through with her promises. WE WILL MISS HER AT MAD RIVER! Pete and Jan V.

If I could I would give her zero stars. She is incompetent and inconsistent. My co-workers and myself have all had a bad experience with her. She fails to call back with lab results and hardly tries to diagnose an issue. She blind diagnosed me and gave me antibiotics for something that was resistant to them. THIS IS NOT OKAY. She didn't even LOOK at the labs. I don't know how she has a job.
