Unprofessional and rude, I visited the clinic for a procedure in which a camera was inserted through my nose at one point it hurt and my reaction was to try to touch the camera to stop inserting it, was not intentional she was upset telling the assistant that she would not continue with the procedure because that camera cost thousands of dollars and then she turned to me and repeated the same thing, she left the room I’m a bad actitud, she is not professional because a professional would realize that these things can happen and not deny a consultation or a check-up to a patient by touching an instrument and less when it is not intentional

Didn’t communicate well, doesn’t have good experience and tries to be DR. When she is a physicians assistant. Definitely needs oversight of a physician

The WORST experience EVER!!! Was referred to PA to have ears cleaned. Waited for 90 minutes to see the PA who did a brief exam (so they could get $$ from the insurance company) only to be told that the machine needed to perform the cleaning was broken and that we would need to drive to the other side of town the next day to get the procedure done. Unacceptable!!! When asked why the office didn't just call us to reschedule the appointment we were told that they were extremely busy and didn't have time to call. NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENT AT ALL!!! Would never recommend her or this office to anyone!!!! AWFUL. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the fact that they made my 90 year old mother wait for that long in a hospital, only to get absolutely nothing done is unacceptable!!! NEVER going back and would not recommend her to my worst enemy!!!! That's how bad it was!!!!

When it comes to stitches, Tracy "nose" her way around. I received 12+ stitches on the end of my nose. Tracy was carefull to do her best to tying up the loose ends.
