Dr. Tracy Thompson, PHD

Dr. Thompson was great! She is very knowledgable in her field and provided me with the information and tools I needed to treat what I was going through. You can tell that she really does care about helping others get the answers and treatments that they deserve.

1) Dr. Thompson is very caring & knowledgeable when it comes to psych testing and diagnosis. 2) It was a smooth process with thorough testing and good follow through 3) Finally I met a therapist who knew what they were talking about! We got a correct diagnosis and got the right treatment. It’s been a life changing experience.

Beware. The worst healthcare experience ever... Late for each visit (4), at check-in was told that doctor and staff was not on the campus yet resulting in 30-45 minute additional wait time. Did not allow spouse to attend visit and when requested to do so neglected to merely respond to my request. Answered personal phone call while in my last visit. Short and rude with response, not personable, friendly or welcoming. After four visits of disorganized data collection, a poorly.... It is especially concerning that there are more than one of my statements misquoted, wrong timeline and or completely incorrect in the report generated. Based on her responses, lack thereof and overall treatment of the patient (me), I would not recommend or suggest to anyone seeking a clinical diagnosis or professional healthcare.

Dr. Thompson was very pleasing to have a conversation with. She seemed to have a very good knowledge of the why various problems could exist. She shared her expert opinion on the various ways to handle each problem discussed as well.

I brought my young child in back in October. After several appointments and over 16 hours at her office, we just now (almost February) received her test results. I was told we would have them by November. After leaving 15-20 messages (because they don't answer the phone) I decided to show up there. Finally got a call back an results after that. Now I'm getting a second opinion. I don't know how much faith I have in her tests. Never got an apology. Just excuses. I would not recommend her.

Do NOT go to this doctor. Cold vibe and extremely poor customer service. Had to bring our daughter in 3 separate times for testing over a month span. We left numerous messages and hardly ever received a return call. Her office filed with our insurance incorrectly - twice - not providing the insurance company with the appropriate paperwork. Finally it was approved after the 3rd time. Dr. Thompson would not give us a report until insurance paid. Took nearly 6 months to get our final report.
