5 Star experience and service. Dr. Thompson is phenomenal and explained everything superbly. The staff are attentive and helpful and extremely proactive in ensuring I was taken care of. Superior communication afterward in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Hardin Valley Optical for eyecare, exams and quality eyewear.

Friendly and knowledgeable
I’ve been a patient of this office since before Dr. Travis took over and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Travis makes the whole experience comfortable. I can honestly say that I dreaded eye exams before I started coming here!

Great care!
I go to Hardin Valley Eyecare once a year for my annual exam, and I purchase my contacts through them as well. The front staff is very friendly and helpful, and I get great care during my exams as well! I currently see Dr. Thompson, and he gives recommendations for contacts that are knowledgeable and helpful. I have used their services for five years and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking comprehensive eye care!

We Love Dr. Thompson
We've been using Hardin Valley Eyecare for many years and we love the office and Dr. Thompson. We like the continuity of having the same Dr. see us every time and he is familiar with our history and makes recommendations based on this knowledge. We have recommended them to many of our family and friends who also now use them and think highly of the practice. We will never go anywhere else.

Best eye doctor in the area!
We have been going to Dr. Travis for 5 years now. He is always very personable, works with you to find the right prescription and brand of contacts. We recommend him to all of our friends. If you are trying to decided where to go, stop looking and give them a call.

Great experience
Honestly one of the most straight forward and kind eye appointments I've had. The entire team of staff members were very kind throughout and extremely non-pushy when I told them I did not need new glasses. In the past, other eye doctor stores have always been very pushy with sales so I appreciated the lack of excessive sales pressure in this office.

A Happy Patient!
I've been going to Hardin Valley Eyecare for over 7 years, maybe longer. I have been very satisfied with their service and Dr. Thompson's expertise and demeanor. We always take time to catch up and talk about our lives which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed in and rushed out and I know my eyes are getting great care. If you are looking for an eye care specialist, I highly recommend them!
