Last year I was diagnosed with depression and couldn’t get off the couch for about 2 months. I honestly was so depressed I really didn’t think a counselor could help but I knew it was severe enough I had to try. I have tried counselors in the past and I felt like I was wasting my time and money. Tressa helped way more than I ever expected. She helped me develop coping mechanisms and starting with baby steps that eventually led to bigger steps and got me out of my funk. I was pregnant at the time which meant I was a serious risk for post partum depression. Her strategies have helped me maintain my mental health and I’ve been able to transition into this new phase with no relapse. I highly recommend her!
