She is phenomenal. I appreciate her care, kindness, and commitment to providing the best care for her patients. She will give you the time you need during your visit. She listens and believes what you are sharing. She investigates and is willing to refer to specialists if needed. She just wants you to live a healthier life. If you are an impatient individual, take a deep breath, understand the wait will be worth it, and don't be on a tight schedule when you make your appointment. If she is running behind, it is because she has given the appropriate level of care that is necessary for the individuals before you. I want that type of care for others, as well as my family and myself. It is very hard to find a good healthcare provider. When you do, be sure to give them grace. They are working as quickly as they can under high-stress levels. Be kind and courteous as that is how you will be treated.

My wife is an RN with a BSN, 11 years of nursing experience in multiple departments at 2 major hospitals. I was an Army combat medic for 10 years including war and peace keeping deployments. With all the medical providers my wife and I have worked with or utilized for our personal care, would would not choose anyone else. Trish's bedside manor, knowledge, and overall presentation of her facilities as well as care for her community epitomize what primary care medicine should be. She will handled what she can and ensure what she can't are referred to the appropriate specialist, then follow up visits with her. Artesian Springs is an exceptional facility! If you want a different provided each appointment, only about 3 minutes with them when they come in the room, and them staring at a paper to figure out who you are so they can guess at what treatment will provide them with the most profit, both Spectrum and Munson are within a close 25 minute drive, choose wisely. If not, choose Trish!

She is an amazing - personal physician... Yes it can take some time to get in to see her but she truly cares and treats you like family. She knows her stuff as well.

The wait time is a little long sometimes (+60 minutes), but it’s because she spends the time necessary with each person.
