Wasted an entire month trying to get a schedule with this practical joke of a clinician. She canceled on me last minute so she could go on vacation, and then stopped replying altogether. When I reached out again, she tried to make me wait another week.

Tricia is extremely unreliable. She consistently cancels appointments and they excuses are always the same. It is concerning because people who have mental health issues need consistency and support not someone who is uncaring and unreliable. Don’t go to her unless you want to be disappointed

If I could make this negative, I would. Unfortunately, Tricia spent a lot of time accommodating others schedule, but because I was not part of her newly minted practice, I was sent to the back of the list most days. After I questioned this, my concern was turned on me. I left her "care" feeling worse than when I started.
