In my opinion customer service has gone downhill lately, but when it comes to working with Dr. Duru and her staff, it has been delightful, professional, and a breath of fresh air. Such a friendly staff.

Dr. Duru listened to my needs and was able to really help me get on the right path of what I needed, she sees me as a person and not a # which is what I want out of my Dr. I recommend Dr. Duru to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Duru for a couple of years now and I can attest that she’s the best practitioner I’ve ever had. Unlike other doctors I used to go to who keep you waiting in the room only to come in and rush through, Dr he takes her time with you and listens to your health concerns and advices appropriately. I like her telehealth services for when you’re unable to make it to the office in person and sends in my prescriptions to the pharmacy promptly. The office is also very stylish and clean.

I will leave this review as objectively as I possibly can. Because I used to be a practice manager. I used DrDuru via Push health. In March I asked for a prescription, and I paid the fee for two months worth of that prescription, it was sent to the pharmacy and I was told that it was back ordered. This is by no fault of course the doctors, but I decided to patiently wait for my prescription to come in from the manufacturer. After a month when I was told it would continue it to be one month away from getting my prescription. I reached out to Dr Duru to ask her if she could please lower my dose so that I could start a continuation of my prescription I have not yet picked up this prescription. However, the doctor wanted to charge me again for this Rx. I understand it takes assessment and review of each request and for a new prescription, but this was not a review. It was merely approving a change request from the pharmacy by fax or call, going a step down from the prescription that I had

My daughter had a telehealth appointment. Ms.Duru really listened to my daughter's issues, and was very compassionate. When I inadvertently caused an issue with the prescription, Ms. Duru went way above and beyond to fix it.

My online consultation with Ms. Duru was even easier than I had hoped. All I had to do was answer the same questions that my GP would have asked, but with no commute, no wait, and no exposure to any waiting room nasties. The online consultation cost a little more than my deductible, but it was worth it to be treated by a medical professional from my living room. After answering some questions about my symptoms and general health, Ms. Duru set me up with a treatment plan with my preferred pharmacy. I'll be following up with Ms. Duru in a month after a quick visit to a Quest Clinic to check my blood work and make sure that my prescription and dosage are right for me. So far, I'm very pleased with my online experience with Ms. Duru and Push Health. It was faster, less hassle, and just a better experience than going to my GP!
