I've been your client for 12+ yrs; it's become harder and harder to get an appt and today I was 10 mins late and you cancelled my appt w reschedule a week later (though I explained I needed a new prescription desperately and couldn't see well with old lenses). Your time is valuable, but that of your customers is too (you wasted 10 mins, I wasted well over an hour waiting for you in vain). Also your clients are/should be more than just schedule time slots, esp. in need. You let me down.

The Dr. Rohm is professional and kind she takes time with you and does not rush. We are a family of five children who have been going to her for 23 years. I recommend this Optometry clinic cause you will always get the best of care. She has caught an eye disease early on before it was not treatable. I have my vision because of her time and care. Her long term staff are always courteous and professional.
